Indian food is one of our favorites at our house. We got hooked a few years ago when our friends introduced us to a local restaurant who has the BEST Indian food. I love the melt in your mouth chicken that is drowning in a delicious and flavorful butter sauce. I couldn’t wait to try Patak’s®, Quick & Easy, Indian Food Butter Chicken with my family. You can take a tour of India without ever leaving your kitchen. There is so much authentic flavor packed into this jar. It has such delicious spices and quality that you can bring restaurant quality taste to your family.

With how busy having four kids can be, it is so nice to have an easy but delicious meal ready for them in no time at all. Sometimes I am skeptical about jarred sauces, but Patak’s® has been crafting authentic Indian recipes for 50 years for your family to enjoy right at your dinner table. You do not have to compromise on quality or taste and you are going to wow your family with this Easy Butter Chicken.

What is in butter chicken?

The spices may include garam masala, ginger, garlic, lemon or lime, pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chili. The chicken is usually cooked in a tandoor (traditional clay oven), but can also be grilled, roasted, or pan-fried. It is served in a mild curry sauce that includes butter. My family loved the sauce so much that they licked their plates clean. The flavor is incredible and it tastes straight out of a restaurant. The spices are perfect and it is wonderful served over basmati rice. We also love to eat it with naan.

I know that you guys are going to go crazy for this sauce! I can’t wait for you to try it out because you are going to make it again and again. You don’t have to even leave the house to bring the same restaurant quality flavor to the dinner table. You will love this meal just as much as we did!
